To foster an open and honest culture, we provide multiple channels for you to voice your concernsrelated to the integrity of our business. The Company strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who make good faith reports of misconduct.
Who Should Report
All employees, customers, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and anyone associated with our operations should report any situations that raise questions or suggest potential violations of policies, procedures, laws or regulations to the General Auditor Hotline.
What to Report
Unethical behavior.
Breaches of company policy or law.
Bribery, kickbacks, or illegal gratuities.
Fraud.
Misuse of company resources.
Conflicts of interest.
Procurement issues.
Forgery or falsification of documents, including embezzlement.
Insider trading.
Money laundering.
Competition-related concerns (e.g., price fixing, market manipulation, theft or misuse of trade secrets).
Issues related to export/import activities and economic sanctions.
Environmental concerns.
Data privacy or cybersecurity issues.
Matters involving significant reputational or financial risk; or
Any other concerns that could result in civil, criminal, or administrative enforcement by government regulators.
